 Timothy E. AnderlyVice President, Project Manager/Estimator tima@fpipaving.com Tim has been with FPI since 1998 and has been bidding and managing jobs for us since 2002. He has been in the asphalt industry since 1990. Tim has experience running an asphalt plant and heavy equipment and is well experienced with grades and stakes. His schooling in heavy equipment and site management along with certification as an erosion/sediment control specialist and a MNDOT Bituminous Tech I and II certification aid him in all aspects of bidding jobs. |
 Timothy F. LynnProject Manager/Estimator timl@fpipaving.com Tim has been an estimator and job manager for FPI since 2003. He began working in the asphalt industry in 1989 and has been with FPI since our company was founded in 1995. The time that Tim spent as a paving crew foreman has given him first hand knowledge of the amount of time a construction project will require. Tim is a certified Institute of America construction supervisor. |
 Ronald C. Birch Project Manager/Estimator ronb@fpipaving.com Ron became an estimator/project manager for FPI in 1998 bringing 13 years of experience in the asphalt and construction industry. His training began as a laborer and moved to heavy equipment operation. Ron is certified with MNDOT as a Level I:II construction technician. He has been a member of the MN Association of Asphalt Technologists since 1998. |
 Gary D. OwenShop Foreman/Safety Manager garyo@fpipaving.com Gary came to FPI in 2000 as our shop foreman but his experience in heavy equipment and construction vehicles began in 1985. Since 2000 he has also taken on the additional responsibility of our safety director. Gary has extensive equipment and safety training. His knowledge and experience keep our equipment and our job sites safe. |

 LeRoy L. JelenPresident leroyj@fpipaving.com LeRoy is one of the original owners of FPI Paving. His career in asphalt began in 1965. His experience and certification in all aspects of the asphalt industry qualify him to oversee all fieldwork. The high number of employees on our crews who have worked with LeRoy for five to thirty plus years are a testament to his leadership abilities. |
